Refund & Return Policy
At Danci Beauty, operated by DANCI SIGNATURE SDN. BHD., we are committed to providing quality beauty and personal care products.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us and we will assist you with the appropriate remedy.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery if your product:
Arrives damaged
Is defective
Is missing parts or accessories
Is materially different from the product ordered
Please provide your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a video where necessary.
After reviewing your request, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Wrong Product Received
If we send you the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where the error is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return/re-delivery costs where applicable.
Malaysian electronic-commerce rules specifically address the supplier's responsibility for re-delivery when goods are materially different or defective.

Change of Mind
We do not generally accept returns solely because a customer has changed their mind or ordered the wrong product.
However, nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
Beauty & Personal Care Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with are generally not eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection law.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for the refund to reach your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Danci Beauty will provide appropriate return instructions.
Where required by applicable law, Danci Beauty will bear the relevant return or re-delivery costs.
